Ingredients

 

 

 1 Zucchini

1/2 broccoli

1 beetroot

1 garlic

Roots

Goat cheese

Olive oil 

 

 

 

 

Directions:

 

Use the vegetable peeler to slice the zucchini into lengthwise spaghetti slices.

The put raw chopped zucchini into a boiled salted water. Then put zucchini slices inside as well. Wait for 1-2minutes untill the slices are soft.

Then drain them out.

 

For the sauce:

 Put cooked broccoli and beet inside the blender and mix them untill the "saucy" consistency is achieved.  Then add salt, roots, garlic, cheese and olive oil for flavor.

 

Finally, drizzle the sauce over your “spaghetti” and top it off with grated goat cheese.
