2 tomatoes

100g mozzarella

Rucola

Balsamic sauce

Fresh basil

 

 

 

 

 

Directions:

 

Chop tomatoes and mozzarella into equally big circles. Place alternating the slices on the plate or in any order your want. Place rucola next to slices drizzle some Balsamic vinegar on the top.
