Ingredients:

 

Rucola

Roman salad

Fresh basil

Goat cheese

Nuts

Lime

Peach

 

for the dressing:

Olive oil

salt

honey

ground coriander

lime squash

a pinch of cinnamon

Directions:
 
 

In a bowl, place fresh leaves of roman lettuce and rucola.  

The fresh basil, nuts, peach, goat cheese to the salad mixture.  You may melt the goat cheese a bit on a pan or in the microwave first if you  wish to. Then drizzle the salad with the dressing.
