Ingredients
Fresh broccoli
Salmon
Butter (or ghee)
Salt
Pepper
Seasoning of your choice
Parmesan cheese

 

Directions:

Heat your pan and let the butter (or ghee) melt. Season the salmon fillets with pepper, salt and with other seasoning of your choice (I used herb salt instead of regular one). Fry the salmon from both sides. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese on the plate.

As a side dish you can eat broccoli prepared in steam, I have used steam cooker for microwave oven or you can simply boil it in lightly salted water for approximately 2 minutes.
