Whisk flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Then add milk, melted butter and whisked egg into the flour mixture and fold it all together. Heat a pan and grease it with a little bit of butter. Using a large spoon pour the mixuture onto the pan and fry it on both sides until slightly brown. Serve the pancakes with maple syrup and a small piece of butter. Bon appetit!

Ingredients:

 

1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
3 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of sugar
1 1/4 cups of milk 
1 egg
3 tbsp of melted butter
Mapple syrup and berries for serving
