3-4 eggs

5-8 slices of salami

1/2 onion

Salt

Pepper

Seasoning of choice

Butter

 

Crack all at the eggs into small bowl, add chopped salami and season with salt, pepper and with the seasoning of your choice (garlic, paprika,...). Mixed up carefully.

 

Heat the butter on the pan and add chopped onion. Fry it until it's caramelized. Than add the egg mixture and fry all together until the bottom side of the omelette is slightly brown.

 

Eat with pastry and vegetable of your choice. Enjoy!
