500 g smooth flour
1 soup spoon salt
1/2 of a package of baking powder
1 soup spoon of oil
20g yeast
140 g white yogurt
250 ml milk
oil for frying
garlic, oil, salt on top when its prepared
Flour, salt, powder we mix in the bowl. Then put there oil, yeast, yogurt and warm milk. Combine everything together.
Work the dough by hand on the table using more flour if it is needed. Put it in the bowl and cover with the towel. Let the dough sit for at least an hour to double the volume.
Then divide it into 8 parts. Using your hands, work the parts into the desired shape and size. Then put oil on the pan and start to fry the langose from both sides until it turns golden.
When it is ready, season with garlic, oil and salt.
