Ingredients

2 big spoons of butter
3 young onions
bears garlic 600 grams
1 liter of chicken broth
whipped cream 250 ml
1 soon of flour

 

Directions:

On a butter we will cook cutted onions to golden colour, we add cutted bears garlic and we mix it together for 1 minute. We add 1 liter of boiling chicken broth. We cook all together for 5 minutes on middle heath. We mix the flour with whipped cream and then add it to the mix, we cook it all together for 1 minute afterwards. At the end we blend it all with a hand blander.
