Pasta Carbonara & Pasta with tomatoe sause
Do you love Italian cuisine but you're not brave enough to try some pasta styles on your own? No worries! Here come two easy recipes!
Ingredients
Pasta of your choice
For carbonara sauce
Bacon - cut on pieces
1 egg
Parmigiano cheese
Butter
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Water from the boiling pasta
For tomatoe sauce
Tomatoes - about 3 middle sized tomatoes
Garlic
Olive oil
Water from the boiling pasta
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Grated parmigiano cheese
Fresh basil
Directions
In both cases, bring salted water to boil and prepare pasta.
Carbonara sauce
Put a spoon of butter on a pan, add bacon and chopped garlic and fry till it's crispy. Take pasta out of water and put it on the pan together with some water from the pot and add stired egg with cheese. Mix all together, add salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with cheese.
Tomatoe sauce
Fry chopped garlic on a spoon of olive oil on a pan, after while add chopped tomatoes and add water from pasta. Boil a bit and add a bit of sugar, salt and pepper. Put on pasta and sprinkle with cheese and fresh basil.
