Traditional Czech Easter Stuffing

 

Ingredients: 

 

4 eggs

4 "houska" (czech bagel)

200ml milk

bacon or smoked meat

1 leek or onion

salt and pepper

1 spoon of butter

1/2 spoon of baking powder

some parsley

additional: walnuts if you like it that way

 

Directions


Mix eggs with milk, salt and pepper and pour onto bagels (cut in small pieces) - let it rest for a few minutes.
Meanwhile cook bacon/smoked meat with leek or onion.
Add to the mixture and mix well. 
Add some parsley and the baking powder.
Bake to 200 degrees with some butter and it`s ready to go! Awesome!
