Tomato and Onion Salad
Do you feel lazy and tired after winter? Wake yourself up with this great tomato salad which is also rich in vitamins!
Ingredients
For the salad
3 big tomatoes
Half of red onion
For the dressing
3 spoons of olive oil
1/4 spoon of salt
1/4 spoon of pepper
1 spoon of lemon juice
1 spoon of balsamico vinegar
1/2 spoon of sugar
Directions
Cut tomatoes and onion, put all dressing ingredients together and add to the rest. Goes great with mini appetizers or a piece of bread. Enjoy!
