Tofu with Steamed Vegetables

Ingredients:

 

Broccoli
Cauliflower
Spring Onion 
Carrot 
Mushroom 
Leek
180 g Tofu
Salt
Soy sauce

Directions

 

Place the tofu and soy sauce into a bowl. Marinade the tofu in this sauce for at least one hour. Cook the cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, leek, mushroom and tofu over high heat, stirring frequently. Cook it for few minutes 'til the vegetables are tender but not soft.
