Ingredients

 

1 eggplant
2 tomatoes
1 sweet pepper
250 g champignons
1 middle-sized onion
Sunflower oil
Seasoning, salt, pepper

 

Directions

 

Chop all veggies and put them in the frying pan with oil. Sprinkle everything with seasoning/spices of your choice along with salt and pepper. Cook until all the ingredients are soft and golden, stirring them from time to time. Once the vegetables are ready, serve them immediately with any kind of meat.
