Spinach and Egg Noodle Soup

 

Instant Noodles. A staple item for most university students. Here's a recipe that will give them a slight twist.

 

Ingredients:

1 packet of instant noodles

A handful of fresh spinach

1 egg

 

Directions for a stove:

 

 

Boil water and then add noddles with packet contents. Wait until the noodels start to break apart and then break egg into pot. Stir until egg is partially cooked. Add fresh spinach and stir until leaves soften slightly. 

Take off stove and enjoy!

 

Directions for a Microwave/Kettle:

 

Another option would be to boil water using a kettle or a microwave. Place noodles with packet content in water and cover with lid. Wait for five minutes or until soft. Break egg and mix with noodles and place in microwave for another 5 minutes. Add spinach and microwave again for another 2-3 minutes.
