Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
Ground beef-400-500 gr
2 big peeled tomatoes
Tomato paste-4 tbs
Choped Basil-2 tbs
Choped Parsley-2 tbs
1 big onion
2 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper to taste
Spaghetti-250 gr
Vegetable oil
Directions
Chop onion and garlic and fry it for 2-3 minutes on the medium heat. Add ground
beef, salt and pepper and fry it mixing continuously for another 6-7 minutes. Then blend the peeled tomatoes till the purée condition. Add the tomato purée, tomato paste, chopped basil and parsley to the ground beef and cover the pan so the beef soaks the juices. Heat it for another 7-8 minutes. Meanwhile, add the spaghetti to the salted boiling water and cook it till the al dente condition (approximately 10 minutes). When the spaghetti is ready, pour out the water and sprinkle spaghetti with a little bit of oil so it doesn't stick together. Serve the spaghetti with Bolognese sauce and and sprinkle it with ground parmesan cheese. Bon Appetite!
