Spaghetti Ala Carbonara

 

Ingredients:


Spaghetti 250 gr
Bacon 100 gr
Onion 1 medium
2 eggs
Sour cream 150 ml 12%
Salt 
Pepper

Directions


Boil spaghetti till the al dente condition in salted water( about 14 minutes) . Chop onion in a small pieces. Cut bacon in small squares. Heat a pan and add some oil. Then fry onion and bacon till its golden and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. While spaghetti and bacon with onion are preparing whisk eggs and sour cream together and also add pepper and salt. When the spaghetti is done pour out the water. While it is still hot add fried bacon and sauce to the spaghetti and whisk it evenly all together and leave it for 5 minutes to saturate the juices. Serve it with pepper and ground parmigiano reggiano. Bon appetite!
