Ingredients


1 pack cherry tomatoes
1 yellow paprika (can be any other color, yet a yellow one makes the salad more colorful)
50g leek
50g arugula
salt
1 tbsp olive oil

 

 

Directions

 

Chop all the ingredients and put them in a bowl. Add salt and olive oil. Mix everything properly and meet spring with the fresh and healthy salad you’ve just done!

 

 

Spring is coming and it seems like this is the right time to fresh yourself up with a fast and easy salad!
