Simplified Shawarma

 Spaghetti&Ketchup suggests: How to simplify a complicated recipe!

 

Ingredients: 

 

Chicken breast - 2 
Tomato - 1
Avocado - 1
Lettuce
Lavash bread or any tortilla

 

Sauce: 


Natural yogurt - 3 tablespoons 
Honey - 1 teaspoon 
Mustard - 1 teaspon

 

Directions:

 

Boil the chicken breasts in a pot. Spice the chicken with salt and pepper.

 

Cut the chicken breasts, the tomato, and the avocado into small squares.

Chop the lettuce into smaller pieces as well.


For the sauce, mix the yogurt, honey and mustard in a small bowl. 
Add the sauce to the filling. 


Place the mixture onto the lavash bread or a wrap and roll it up. 


 

Fry the wrap on the pan for 30-40 seconds.
