Shakhuka 

Ingredients

 

Eggs (2-4, depends on your pan) 
Chopped tomatoes -1 can
Medium Onion – 1 piece
Garlic – 1 clove
Paprika – 1 piece
Parsley and dill (optional, to taste) 

 

Directions

 

Heat your pan on medium then add some oil and warm it. Put the chopped onion and garlic and fry it until it's soft, add the chopped paprika and fry it (sauté) for 2-4 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes to this mix and stir them until it's all blended together. Add some salt and pepper to your taste, and then let it simmer for 4-7 min (medium heat).

 

Crack the eggs and put them into the mixture, cover the pan and wait till the eggs are ready (to your personal preferences). Before serving, garnish it with the chopped parsley and dill (optional). Better to serve with the fresh-baked warm bread.
