Salmon Filet with Vegetables

Spring is almost here! Let's prepare for the skin showing season with a healthy dish! Try this amazing simple salmon filet with a side dish rich on vitamins.

Ingredients


Salmon filet
Olive oil
Rosemary
Salt
Pepper
Fresh green beans
Garlic
Cherry tomatoes

 

Directions

 

Simply spill  olive oil on the filet, add a bit of pepper and salt on each side and finally add rosemary to the bowl. Leave it in a fridge for 20 minutes.

 

Prepare a small casserole, put a bit of water and salt in it, bring it to boil and place the beans into it. Boil for a few minutes and take it out. Then slice the garlic and put it into a pan with olive oil. After the garlic has been frying for a while, add the tomatoes and a bit of water and stew for a minute.

Put the filet on another pan and fry equally from each side.

 

Finally, place it all on one plate. Enjoy!
