Salmon Filet with Asparagus

Ingredients


450g Asparagus
1 cup of Water
1/4 tbs Salt
1/4 tbs Pepper
4 pcs of Salmon Filet 
1/2 cup of White Wine
3 tbs Butter

 

Directions


1. Heat oven to 220°C. 
2. Put asparagus on a rimmed baking sheet. Broil for 3 minutes. 
3. Add salmon to asparagus and broil for 6 minutes, flipping asparagus half way through. 
4. Take out of oven and let cool for 3 minutes. Place on a plate and serve.
