Russian Fish Salad with Vegetables

Ingredients
350 g of herring fillets
1 onion
3 potatoes
3 eggs
2 beets
3 big carrots
mayonnaise
Directions
1. Boil potatoes, beets and carrots. Drain well and let them cool.
2. Peel and cut the vegetables into very small pieces.
3. Boil 2 eggs, let them cool. Peel and cut them into small cubes.
4. Put fillets on the large plate. Put sliced onion on top. Drizzle with olive oil.
5. Add chopped potatoes and spread some mayonnaise on top.
6. Add chopped beets and spread another spoon of mayonnaise on top.
7. Add chopped carrots, spread mayonnaise and scatter over chopped eggs.
