Quiche Lorraine

Directions:

 

Put the short pastry in the pie pan and make some little holes with a fork on it. 

 

Ingredients:

 

- 200g of short pastry


- 200g of bacon or lardons


- 150g of ham


- 3 eggs


- 40cl of fresh cream


- Grated cheese


- Salt and pepper


- A pinch of paprika powder

Cut 200g of bacon in dice. Fry lardons on a pan.

 

Put the mixture onto the short pastry. Sprinkle with cheese. Put the Quiche Lorraine to the oven at 180°C for 45 min.

Mix 3 eggs, 40cl of fresh cream, 150g of ham and the lardons. Add salt, pepper and a pinch of paprika powder(optional).
