Pork with rice and balsamic sauce

 

Ingredients
Pork,
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
1 bag of rice
2 shallots
Balsamic vinegar
Cream
Sugar

 

Directions 

Cook rice in boiled water, because it takes the longest time to prepare.
Season meat with salt, pepper and little bit of olive oil.
Fry on a pan. 
On different pan fry shallots first, then add a little bit of sugar and let it caramelise, finally add some cream and balsamic vinegar.
