Roasted Pork with Oranges
Ingredients:
500g pork
3 cloves of garlic
1-2 oranges
0,5 lemon
Herbs to your taste
1,5 tsp honey
Salt, pepper
Olive oil
Directions
1. Put meat in a bowl. Peel the garlic, chop 1 clove and put to the meat, the remaining 2 cloves crush and put in a small container.
2. Peel the oranges and cut 1 into circles. From the remaining 1 orange and 1 lemon squeeze juice, pour over meat and put to marinate, turning occasionally, for 1-2 hours. The longer the meat is marinated, the softer it is.

3. Heat oven to 200 degrees. Add honey, herbs and olive oil to the container with garlic and mix everything. Remove meat from the marinade, season with salt and pepper and coat with honey-garlic mixture.

4. Put meat in the oven, basting remaining marinade from time to time. Roast for approximately 1 hour 40 minutes. 20 minutes before the end of cooking, cover meat with orange circles

(5.) - Optional. If you would like to cook the garnish together with meat, add potato slices and onion rings 1 hour after you put meat in the oven.
