Ingredients
400g pork (loin)
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp sugar
Onion, carrot, sweet pepper to taste
Sunflower oil
100g potato starch
Garlic

Directions
Slice the pork. Put the meat in a bowl, add the starch and a bit of water. Stir and leave for a few hours in the fridge.
Heat the pan, pour a little bit of oil. Fry the pork until it is golden-colored. Remove the meat from the pan, drain the oil.

Cut onion, carrot and peppers. Put the pan over high heat again, pour in oil and fry vegetables.


Mix the soy sauce, sugar and vinegar in a separate bowl.

Add the mixture of soy sauce, sugar and vinegar to fried vegetables and meat. Stir until pork is coated with sauce and fully saturated.

And it is done! Perfectly goes with rice.
