Pear Pie

Ingredients


3 Pears 
200g Butter
1 Egg
1 tbsp Vanilla sugar

1.5 (flour cup) Flour
1 tbs Baking powder
Ginger, cinnamon, salt to taste

 

Directions

 

Peel the pear, cut them into quarters and take out the middle of it. Cut into slices. The baking dish, grease with oil, and beautifully put slices of pears.
Sprinkle pears with brown sugar. Beat softened butter with half of the brown sugar, entered the egg, vanilla sugar and thoroughly kneaded.
Add the flour and half a cup of boiling water. Mix everything again.
The dough is spread on the pears and put in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
The cake cools in the form (important!), put upside down, so that the pears were on top.
