Pasties

Ingredients
2 cups of boiled water at room temperature, 400 grams
500-600 grams of flour
1.5 teaspoons of salt
1.5 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 kilo of minced meat
3-4 onions
Directions
In a deep dish dough pour water. Top pour the flour, add salt and oil.
Thoroughly mix all until smooth. If the dough is very sticky, you can add the flour. Sprinkle the table with flour and put the dough on it.
Knead the dough until it is elastic, adding flour as necessary. The finished dough can be put in a plastic bag and send to the refrigerator for, while we prepare the stuffing for Pasties.
Put the minced meat in a deep bowl.
Onion peel and finely chop. Particularly lazy, like me, can grind it to a blender or mince. Add the onion to the meat.Add salt and black pepper. You can still add finely chopped fresh herbs and thoroughly mix mince. We get the dough from the refrigerator and begin to sculpt pasties.
Cut off a small piece of dough and roll out his palms in the sausage. Cut this sausage into small pieces. The size of the pieces is not very important. Just depend on it what pasties are obtained, large or small. Then take a rolling pin and unroll this small pieces into a thin pancake. Put pancake dough on the table.
