Pasta with Spinach and Salmon

Ingredients


onion - 1 
garlic - 1 
spinach - 250 g
salmon fillet - 500 g
olive oil - to taste
cream - 250 g
salt, ground black pepper - to taste

 

Directions

 

1. Wash spinach,onion/garlic, chop it. Salmon fillets, rinsed and cut into medium sized cubes, then boil the pasta .
2. Heat the olive oil and fry the salmon, sprinkle with herbs.
3.Add the cream, boil and cook for 5 minutes.
4. In the prepared sauce add the spinach with onion/garlic and cook for 10 more minutes. Add mustard, salt, pepper and spices to taste.
