Pancakes with Whipped Cream & Jam

Ingredients


400g All-purpose Flour 
1 tsp Salt 
3 tbs White Sugar
1l Milk 
5 Eggs
3 tbs Melted Butter
5 tbs Whipped Cream
2 tbs Jam of Your Choice


Cooking method


1. In a large bowl mix together flour, salt and sugar.
2. In the center of the mixture, pour in milk, eggs and melted butter. Mix until smooth. 
3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or a frying pan at medium high heat. 
4. Pour the butter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake, leave on the stove until brown on both sides. 
5. Place pancakes on a plate and put some whipped cream and jam over them.
