Pancakes with strawberries

Ingredients


milk - 500 ml
eggs - 3 PCs,
flour - 280 g,
sugar 1-2 tablespoons,
salt - 1 tea spoon,
oil - 3 tablespoons,
butter for greasing the finished pancakes

 

Directions

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt and sugar.
Stir with a whisk or fork until smooth (beat is not necessary).
Pour in the eggs 200 ml milk and stir.
Add flour and stir until smooth.
Pour in the remaining milk (about 300 ml), stir.
The dough should be fluid and easy flowing.
Pour oil, stir and let stand it for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat the pan for pancakes (preferably cast-iron) and grease it with a thin layer of oil.
Remove the pancake from the pan, put on a plate and generously grease melted butter.
