Ingredients
Dough:
1 egg
Sparkling water
0,5 tsp salt
0,5 tsp sugar
Flour
Filling:
Curd
Cheese
Greens (optional)

Directions
Mix the eggs, water, salt and sugar in a big bowl. Start adding flour to the mixture, trying to incorporate the ingredients. Keep kneading until the dough becomes resilient to touch and stretchy enough to manage.

Then chop the cheese and add it to the curd.

Roll out a large circle of dough; put the filling onto the whole circle.

Roll the circle up and finally put your Orama in a steamer for 30 min.
