Open Faced Sandwich

 

Are you in the mood for a tasty snack? Check this super delicious sandwich!

 

Ingredients 


1 ciabatta pastry
Spread cheese with chives
Avocado
Lemon
Red cabbage
Bacon
Mozzarella 
Mayo
Spinach leaves
Pickled capers

 

Directions

 

Put ciabatta which is cut into two halves in the oven for 5-10 minutes on medium heat. Wait until it's a bit crunchy, then take it out. Put the spread cheese on it, add slices of avocado drizzled with lemon juice, slices of red cabbage, and fried bacon on one side with a bit of mayo. On the other one put sliced mozzarella, fried bacon again, leaves of spinach and capers. Enjoy your meal!
