No Oil Scrambled Eggs are perfect for when you run out of eggs or when you want a slightly healthier alternatives.

 

All you need is one egg. Here we added spinach. but you can add whatever you want. First whisk egg with a fork or whisker and sprinkle a little salt. Add water to frying pan or other pot. Wait until water is boiling before adding the eggs and mix thoroughly.

 

Serve and enjoy.
