How to cut mango?

 

Before you cut the mango, wash the fruit under

running water, remove the labels importers,

if any, and wipe mango with napkin or towel.

Cut the mango into 2 halves and start to work

with one of them. Half of mango, again cut along

to get 2 pieces. Note the photo, which shows how

to cut a mango in this step. Now take a small knife

and gently start making cuts first lengthwise, then

crosswise pulp. You should get some sort of grid.

Do not cut the mango into pieces, but only makes

an incision, without touching the fruit peel.

Two hands "unscrew" mango inside out and get

the result shown in the photo. Bon appetite!
