Ingredients

0,500 gr of pork meat

2 Onions
3/4cl of Whiskey
Honey
Cooking oil
Salt / pepper

Directions

Peel the onions and slice them. Brown the onions gently in the oil.

 

 

Honey whiskey pork

Put some honey on the pork meat and put it in the frying pan with the onions. 

When the meat is almost cooked, pour the whiskey in the pan and wait that the whiskey is totally evaporated. 

Salt and pepper. Bon appétit!
