Homemade Granola

Many people start their day with a cereal of one kind or another. This granola is easy to make, and you have complete control over the sugar amount. This is a basic recipe, of the final result depends on what you have in your cabinets. Here is the recipe!
Ingredients
250 grams (ecological) oatmeal
50 grams sunflower seeds
50 grams sesame
5o grams almonds (sliced)
50 grams walnuts, coarsely chopped
50 grams hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
25 grams brown sugar
2 pinches of maldon salt
1 dl apple juice (or other fruit juice)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon butter (or sunflower oil)
75-100 grams of dried fruit (eg apple, apricot , cranberry , figs)
3 tablespoons dried blueberries
Directions
Stir together all of the dry ingredients except sugar and dried fruits/berries. Add apple juice, butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan and heat until everything is dissolved. Pour over the dry ingredients and stir well together.
Pour the mixture on a baking paper-covered baking tray and spread it out evenly. Bake the granola in the oven at 140 degrees C(the usual top and bottom heat) for 50-60 minutes, until the mixture has a smooth tan. Stir the mixture approximately every 10-15 minutes to make sure everything gets baked evenly.
Let the mixture cool, add the dried fruits and berries, then pour the mixture on a large glass or in a box. Remember to onsume it preferably within one month after making.
Serve with milk, yoghurt or quark and add fresh berries or fruit and enjoy!
