Home Made Pizza

Ingredients


For the dough: 
180 ml of water 
300 g flour 
1 tsp salt 
2 tbsp olive oil 
1/2 tsp sugar 
5 g of dry yeast 
Filling: 
200 g of cheese 
4 tomato
a handful of black olives 
100g Parma ham (any ham) 
red and green bell peppers 
seasoning to taste

 

Directions


To prepare the dough. Sift the flour into a bowl, add water, salt, sugar, olive oil and yeast. Knead a soft dough.
The dough cover with a towel and put in warm place to rise.
Olives cut into rings and ham in ribbons. 
When the dough is ready, make the form of the plate you have and put on the baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Using a cooking brush to put on the dough ketchup. And leave for 15 minutes for proofing.
Put on the dough cheese. Pry olives and ham on the form with ketchup and cheese. Bake the pizza in the oven at 220 deg. for 10 minutes. 
The pizza is ready. Cut your favorite slice and enjoy. Bon appetit!
