Healthy Breakfast

 

Ingredients:
1 Avocado
2 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Slice of Bread (of your choice)
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt 
100 g Muesli 
1 tbs Vegetable Oil (of your choice)
20 g Diced Cheese (of your choice)

Cooking directions:
- Bowl 
1. Put muesli in a medium sized bowl and put

Greek yogurt over it (you can add some

berries if you wish).

- Plate
1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over

medium low heat. 
2. Spread a little amount (1 tbs) of vegetable

oil of your choice over the bottom of the pan. 
3. Crack the eggs gently,

keeping the yolks intact. 
4. Cook until the tops of the whites are set

and turn over (so that both sides are flied

but the yolk between them is still runny). 
5. Turn the heat off and using a metal spatula,

removethe eggs from the pan

and place them on a plate. 

6. Take an avocado and tomatoes,

and cut both into slices. 
7. Put sliced vegetables on a plate with the fried

egg and put some cheese over them. 
8. Serve immediately.
