Fruit Salad

 

Ingredients

 

1 banana
1/2 apple
3 big strawberries
2 tbs of fat-free yogurt 
1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon

 

 

Directions

 

Peal the apple and a banana. Cut the apple in squares of 3x3 cm. Cut the banana in slices. Cut the strawberries in quarters. Add to the bowl. Then add two table spoons of yogurt and 1/4 of a teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Mix it all together and the salad is ready. Quick and tasty!
