Fluffy Pancakes with Chocolate Ice Cream and Bananas

 

Ingredients


0,5 l milk
3 eggs
280 g flour 
1 teaspoon of salt 
1-2 tablespoons of sugar
oil
2 bananas 
chocolate ice cream 
chocolate paste

 

Steps


Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and beat with a fork. Add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and mix. Then add 200 ml of milk and mix. Slowly add flour while mixing it until it is thick and creamy. Add the rest of the milk. You can add 1/2 or 1 cup of the boiled water to make them thin and fluffy.

First pour a little bit of oil into the hot frying pan and then pour the mixture. Fry on both sides. 
When the pancakes are ready, wrap them and put some ice cream with bananas on side. Decorate with chocolate paste. Bon appétit!
