Are you looking for a restaurant with Czech modern cuisine? Cestr is part of the popular Ambiente group and you can´t really go wrong with anything on the menu. Here is what we had this time; for a starter we chose the "Sashimi" (the best pieces of fresh tenderloin, saké, mirin, apple jam with ginger) it was absolutely delicious, as well as a perfect sized portion. Big enough to share for two people.
