Curd Pudding

Ingredients
500g Curd (better homemade)
5 tbsp Sour cream
1-3 Eggs
3 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla sugar
50g Raisins or dried apricots
1 tbsp Butter (for greasing the form),
Small pinch of salt
Directions
Rinse the raisins and place in a bowl, then pour boiling water and leave for 20 minutes. The curd need to go through a sieve or grind in a blender. Add sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, pinch of salt and eggs and mix well the ingredients, you can beat with a mixer or blender until smooth.
Add the raisins and mix everything again. Lubricated the hitting form, pour the curd filling and leveling. Bake for 40-45 minutes in a preheated 180°C oven.When serving the Curd pudding you can add sour cream, jam, honey, berry sauces and etc.
