Crème Caramel

Ingredients for 6 portions:

 

Caramel:
10 spoons of sugar

Crème: 
300g cream (31% or more)
1 spoon of sugar
5 yolks
1 egg white
½ of vanilla pod

Directions

 

Caramel: 
Dissolve sugar into caramel and pour it from a pan to a suitable bowls and let it set.

Crème: 
Pour cream into a casserole, add sugar and vanilla seeds. When it starts to boil, lower the temperature and add yolks and egg white. Stir well.
Split the mixture into bowls with caramel. 
Place bowls into a baking pan filled to 1/3 with hot water.
Bake in such water bath for 60 minutes to 90 degrees until the crème hardens.
Leave ready crème to cool down first at the kitchen desk, then in the fridge. 
Serve upside down (without the bowl) with whipped cream and/or fruits.
