Quick'n Cripsy Potato Hash Browns

 

 

 

If you have nothing in your fridge (figuratively speaking) except potatoes, this recipe is   for YOU! Try these crispy potato hash browns which can be done in 10 MIN!

Ingredients

 

500g potatoes

Salt/pepper to your tasteOlive/sunflower oil

 

 

Directions

 

1. Peel the potatoes and shred them.
 

2. Heat the olive/sunflower oil in the skillet over medium heat.
 

3. Put the potatoes into the skillet and flatten with a fork to form a thin layer. Season with salt and pepper. Leave for a few minutes and then flip the hash brown with a large spatula. Fry until the hash brown is golden-colored and crispy.
