Chocolate Fondant

Ingredients for 8 portions:

 

Fondant:
200g of 70% chocolate
100g of butter
150g of sugar
4 eggs
2 spoons of flour

Orange sauce (optional, also works very well with vanilla ice cream):
1l of freshly squeezed oranges
Sugar
1 cinnamon
A few drops of Grand Marnier liquor
1 orange or other fruits as decoration

Directions:

 

Fondant: 
Melt chocolate and butter in different bowls in the microwave.
Whisk eggs and sugar together, add melted butter, then melted chocolate and then flour. Mix well.
Split the dough into baking forms and bake for 8-12 minutes for 200 degrees.

Grease the baking forms well before your pour the batter in.
Your fondant should be liquid in its centre.

 

Orange sauce:
Boil fresh orange juice with cinnamon until it reaches about sixth of its original volume; then add sugar to the taste and Grand Marnier.
