Chicken & Veggies
Ingredients
200 g Chicken
2 tbs Ketchup
2 tbs Mayonnaise
2 pieces of Garlic
5 Cherry Tomatoes
5 Brussel Sprouts
1/4 Onion
6 pieces of Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tbs Olive Oil
1/2 tbs Salt
1/2 tbs Pepper
Directions
1. Heat up an oven
2. Slice a chicken and put the pieces in an bowl
3. Dice 2 pieces of garlic
4. Make a sauce by mixing ketchup, mayonnaise, garlic (diced), salt and pepper together in a large bowl
5. Spread the sauce over the chicken and place in an oven for 40 minutes
6. Dice 1/4 of an onion, cut cherry tomatoes and brussel sprouts in half
7. Heat a frying pan until medium hot, add 1/2 table spoon of olive oil and diced onions
8. Add tomatoes and brussel sprouts and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until soft
9. Take the chicken out of the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes
10. Cut mozzarella cheese in half
11. Put the chicken on a plate and add fried vegetables mixed with mozzarella cheese
