Ingredients


Broccoli pot
Broccoli-400 gr
Cream 12%-100 ml
Garlic clove-1
Ground nutmeg-1/4 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste

 

Cauliflower pot
Cauliflower-400 gr
Cream 12%-100 ml
Potato-1 medium
Garlic clove-1
Ground nutmeg-1/4 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions


Boil broccoli pot for 5-7 minutes and cauliflower with a chopped potato for 9-12 minutes. Pour out the water, leaving only 1/3 of it in each pot. When you poured out the water add cream, garlic cloves and spices respectively. Then blend the ingredients in each pot to the puree condition and put it back on the oven until it starts boiling. Bon appetite! 
Note: You can ease the process by combining both soups in one.
