Ingredients:
Milk 250 ml
Salt (a pinch)
Wheat flour 250 g
Eggs 3 pieces
Vanilla sugar 1 package.
Sugar 75 g
Margarine (soft or butter) 125 g
Water soda (mineral) 125 ml
The leaven 1/4 tsp.

 

Directions:
Separate whites from yolks. Beat well the egg whites.
Butter, sugar, vanilla, egg yolks and salt also need to be beat.
Mix the flour and baking powder for the dough. 
Pour in the flour, milk and add the oil-sugar mass.
After that, add the mineral water and beaten egg whites.
Mix all mixture together.
And bake the waffles until golden-brown color in a waffle iron.
Serve with with berries and marshmallows.
