Banana Pancakes -(creative approach to everyday pancakes)

 

Ingredients: 


4 bananas 
1 egg
1 glass of flour
1 glass of milk
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder 
1 tbs of sunflower oil

 

Directions

 

1. Take bananas and mix them with a blender, then put milk and mix it together.

2. To bananas with milk put flour, egg, sugar, powder, and oil. Mix it with blender well.

3. Warm up a pan. Optionally: for first portion of pancakes put some oil on the pan.

4. Start cooking. Put some prepared pastry on the pan and cook from both sides, 2-3 min each.

5. Serve pancakes with your favorite fruits, yogurt, or/with chocolate topping!
